So, I am new to being a CSM, and as this field is much different than the Cybersecurity field which I have come from, I am going to be looking for mentorship. And what I would like to do before buckling down on this, is try to gather data to make it a successful endeavor. So, a few questions:
How is mentoring different in CS than other industries?
How to best find the proper mentor in the CS community?
What are some good resources to find your gaps that learning from a mentor can help with?
Any other tips?
