JOB TITLE: Customer Success Operations Manager
LOCATION: Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a key member of Rave’s Customer Success Team, the Customer Success Operations Manager supports the CS Team, Rave and our Customers by optimizing processes and increasing the productivity of the team to ensure customers realize the greatest value from of Rave products. The Customer Success Operations Manager will work closely with the Customer Success Leadership team to drive increased product adoption, retention, customer growth and operational efficiencies within the Customer Success (CS) team. This role will require cross-functional collaboration to improve the overall client experience by effectively scaling and broadening the reach of the CS organization.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am a Senior CSM at Rave Mobile Safety, and our team is excited about the possibilities of this role. We’re a small (~200 employees) company specializing in safety software solutions, and we’re at a point in our growth where we need to effectively scale while also maintaining (or improving upon!) the level of service we’ve established with our loyal client base.

We use Totango, so being a power user with that would help, but deep experience with another similar solution would also set you up for success. Additionally, this is a good role for someone interested in making a difference in their job, since our software truly helps keep thousands of communities, institutions and organizations safe.
