JOB TITLE: Customer Success Coordinator
LOCATION: Remote/Hybrid (Office is in Pittsburgh, PA, but the role is open to candidates based anywhere in the US)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Customer Success Coordinator at Rimsys, you will be responsible for supporting relationships across a broad base of customer accounts. You will assist in building long-standing partnerships by making sure our customers get as much value as possible from the product and organization. You will report directly into the VP, Customer Excellence and will work with customer success managers to develop relationships with both daily users and executive stakeholders, to grow their use of Rimsys. You will track key initiatives, assisting with materials development and preparation, and providing administrative support for critical customer success activities.
How you'll make an impact:
- Develop a foundational understanding of Rimsys, including our customer journey, product and customer base.
- Assist in client check-ins, QBRs and monitor client satisfaction
- Assist in understanding how customers are using the product and find ways for them to increase their return on investment
- Support customer success managers in the development of customer-facing presentations, materials and communications
- Assist with administrative tasks in support of customer success managers (setting up handoff calls, scheduling onboarding meetings, etc)
- Serve as the central coordination point for sales-to-success handoff
- Maintain customer onboarding materials and ensure accuracy of cross-functional information
- Monitor customer onboarding, track to completion and review customer feedback for opportunities for improvement
- Assist with data hygiene, collection and preparation
