JOB TITLE: Customer Success Operations Manager
LOCATION: Remote or Slovenia, Europe
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a CS Operations Manager you will be empowering our CSMs and helping them create long lasting relationships and making our customers fans of SciNote. Your main responsibilities will be to support the optimizations of processes, programs, and tools to improve the teams efficiency by implementing CS software and defining scaleable processes. The CS Ops manager will also be developing key reports dashboards that would help the team make educated decisions based on the data.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the VP of CS here at SciNote. This position would be one of my team members.
