JOB TITLE: Associate Director, Team Lead, Partner Success - Wisr

LOCATION: Washington DC, Richmond, VA, or Remote


The Associate Director and Team Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, and other institutions that are active members of EAB/Wisr virtual communities with the goal of driving usage of the Wisr platform and securing the renewal of partnership contracts. The Team Lead will manage three Partner Success Managers. 

The Team Lead will be expected to become familiar with Wisr capabilities and the broader EAB Enrollment Services programs to effectively communicate services and deliverables. This position on the Digital Experience technologies team will be responsible for an account portfolio of roughly $2M. As the Team Lead, you will serve in a player/coach role where you will support a book of business and manage a team of success managers and their portfolio of partners. 

The Digital Experience technologies team is a remote team, but EAB supports offices in Washington, D.C. and Richmond, Virginia in which candidates can take advantage of in-office work opportunities. 


ideal candidate has experience in higher Ed enrollment marketing, admissions, or student success and retention.
