Referal program for clients





Hello everyone,
I'm trying to improve our current Customer Success framework. One idea I have is to implement a referral program, in which our existing clients can promote our products and bring new clients to us. We do have several clients who we know are already doing that but I feel that if we could somehow give our clients a benefit for each referral. With this, we can get more known and increase the number of new users.
Are just an idea and I wanted to hear your opinion?

@Bayron Toruno S. we do this currently and have had good success! We use a tool called Referral Rock that is embedded directly into our SaaS tool.
Our goal was simple - we have a few thousand customers, each customer we only have a few points of contact but dozens of users. Can we get end users to refer their friends using one to many communication.
We have seen the best results with a give - get model. Both the referral and the referee get a benefit!
