Whether we like it or not, layoffs are happening all over right now. Something that I never thought of until it was in my own backyard, was the concept of survivors guilt for those that aren't laid off, when coworkers that may have been around longer ARE laid off. As experienced leaders, what are your tips for dealing with this? What kinds of recommendations do people have that can be passed on to these people?
