JOB TITLE: Customer Success Operations Manger
LOCATION: Remote (United States)
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Success Operations Manager for our Managed Threat Response (MTR) team, you will serve a critical role in developing and driving operational efficiencies across Customer Success workflows with a direct impact on the customer journey. You will act as an internal Customer Success team consultant, leveraging our Customer Success platform (ChurnZero) to facilitate the development and management of customer journeys, plays, and metrics.
