Cobalt is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working individual to join our Customer Success Team as a Client Implementation Specialist. You should possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative skills as well as a real passion for the private capital markets. You will work with senior level stakeholders at our clients to successfully onboard GP’s to the Cobalt platform. Here’s What You’ll Need: • 0-2 years’ experience years with client facing roles. This can include internships • 0-2 years of finance exposure, private markets preferred • Ability to manage multiple client implementations and effectively prioritize client commitments • Excellent time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to create and manage a detailed project plan that includes multiple dependencies • The desire to succeed, build a career, and be part of a high-growth technology start-up • Self-starter approach with an eagerness to learn, grow, and consistently exceed stated objectives

Here’s What You’ll Do: • Work with clients to establish critical goals as it relates to implementing Cobalt • Assist in building out a product knowledge base of reference material, user guides, and tutorials • Provide product knowledge & industry guidance to help our customers effectively grow with our platform and meet their needs • Lead weekly meetings with senior level executives at private equity firms • Effectively work with other teams at Cobalt including but not limited to product, sales, and development • Serve as a subject matter expert as it relates to Cobalt best practices • Lead and document training sessions with various client teams
