JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: Virtual - United States based

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Customer Success Manager is a highly customer-facing role focused on an assigned book of business of Copado customers. The CSM is responsible for managing the entire post-sale lifecycle of a portfolio of Copado customers from onboarding through adoption to expansion and renewal. They must work proactively and collaboratively across Copado to ensure their customers’ needs are met and they are deriving maximum value from their investment in Copado. Copado is a fast-growing organization that believes in its people to enable our business to scale and grow.
