JOB TITLE: Snr Mgr, Customer Success

LOCATION: Remote (North America)

JOB DESCRIPTION: As the Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will inspire a team of Full-Serve (Enterprise) Customer Success Managers to drive a world-class experience that maximizes the value users achieve from BioRender, enabling us to exceed our Full-Serve growth and retention metrics. You are a supportive and empathetic leader who is invested in coaching and developing your people. You are a stellar team player and work closely with your cross-functional teammates in Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations to coordinate and drive optimal customer outcomes.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: This role will partner with the Manager of CSA's and myself (SVP/Head of CS) to drive an amazing customer experience!
