Does anyone have a really good deck template they use to do their quarterly or annual strategic planning that they would be willing to share?

    Hi @kristinhaluch. Is this for your internal use or use with customers? I ask because normally strategic planning is the former, and it's usually done over a 3-5 year time horizon at the enterprise level. Annual and quarterly plans are usually considered plan deployment, more "tactical" than "strategic." I personally use and facilitate Hoshin Kanri (see Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hoshin_Kanri) to deploy, execute and review strategic plans. It remains the best and most popular alternative to MBO or OKR.
