Hello all and Happy New Year!
My name is Adrian and I am an experienced CSM that is new to the group and excited to begin engaging and learning from so many seasoned Customer Success Professionals! My goal here is to learn and expand my professional network that may lead to future opportunities. I was recently laid-off from my CSM role in EdTech where I managed a portfolio of $10M ARR consisting of some of the largest consumers of EdTech. I would love to hear what advice some of you may have for so many like me that have found themselves unemployed from the tech industry. I am a human sponge that is eager to learn from you all!
