John is a Manager of Customer Success with 4+ years of experience in CS. He is data-driven and passionate about helping customers and his team succeed and accomplish their goals.

John has experience when it comes to operationalizing CS processes like a formal onboarding process, implementing a customer health program and standing up CSQL’s.

Personally, John is very passionate about coaching and mentoring others and is involved in various coaching programs such as Catalyst’s Customer Success Coaching Program as well as mentoring current student-athletes at his alma mater Boston University.

John has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Master’s Degree in Project Management, both from Boston University.
