JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager

LOCATION: Remote. The company HQ is in San Mateo California

JOB DESCRIPTION: I am in urgent need for a customer success manager based in California / Bay Area, self starter, with strong customer relationship experience, project manager capabilities, and highly motivated to help me build out the department.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Laura) am the Director of Customer Success and this position is for one of my team members.
