Hi Everyone, I'm Latrina and I'm New to GGR and very excited to be here!
My level of New is Absolute to an extent, I don't have experience as a CSM but I have customer/client care experience outside of SaaS. I am working toward joining the Customer Success sector which is why I'm here. I'm here to learn and grow and become a professional in this industry where I get to connect with people on a level of supplying a need and making them successful.
