JOB TITLE:  Manager, Customer Success 


JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success manager that will be responsible for building strong CSM relationships, growing our business, and overseeing revenue growth opportunities. In this role, you will support and level-up key functions of the CS organization including renewals, onboarding, customer health, and customer risk management. You will coach and guide your CSM team along the way. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Abby) am the Director of Customer Success and Technical Support at PhotoShelter, so this position would be on my team. I report in to the Chief Revenue Officer at PhotoShelter. We have aggressive growth targets this year and are very much starting to find our stride. We have kicked off several initiatives over the last year including the customer journey with us, our customer health score, our renewal process, and improvements in our onboarding process. We will continue to improve our performance in these areas and work on much more!

You will have the ability to help us build and improve our day-to-day operations. We are a team who strives to improve our customer experience every day, and in the process, improve how we work internally to facilitate just that. This position is for someone who wants to play a big part in transforming the Customer Success organization, this will be tough work. The experience you gain will prepare you for future strategic leadership roles.
