Taking things to the next level

Hi everyone, my name is Jackson, and I work for a start up focused on complaint intake. We've had a lot of success in with consumer traction however now we are turning our attention to commercial validation and engagement with businesses. I know we have a great product that will have a huge impact for organisations so I'm looking for advice on 1) getting our foot in the door for a conversation and 2) making sure that conversation is productive and shows the value well. Perhaps you've been on a similar journey before or you're on the business side and can give me some tips. Thanks in advance!

@jacksonjstein if you've been able to identify your ICP(Ideal Customer Profile) I would recommend reaching out to folks in your network/"friendlies" that would give you honest feedback and if they like what they see would be willing to be an advocate and make intros to others for you. If you have investors ask them to make intros to folks in their network/portfolio companies. Levering tools liked LinkedIn and ZoomInfo are great once you've identified your ICP for you can start outbound marketing campaigns. Depending on your size and stage you can than look at leveraging tools like Sixsense for account based marketing. This provides visibility to the folks that are looking to buy the product(s) you sell, so you're focusing on accounts that have a higher propensity to buy. If you're lucky to be at a product led company where you solution is easy to evaluate that's an awesome way to show immediate value.
