JOB TITLE: Customer Success Operations Manager
LOCATION: UK/Hybrid
JOB DESCRIPTION: We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Operations Manager to work closely with our Head of Customer Success to implement systems and processes that are robust and scalable. It’s an exciting time to join us and service our growing customer base within the innovative AI space.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the Senior Manager responsible for defining and implementing our CS methodologies across EMEA and a bit of Asia. I am closely aligned with the Head of CS, who this role will report into. I will have influence into the priorities of this role and we will work together closely.
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US: The Head of CS and I started building the CS team and function “from scratch” in April of 2023. We are already a team of 11 with a book of over 1,100 customers - 75% of those in our scale segments. We are looking for ways to leverage data and our in-house AI tools to enhance the customer experience.
