    Gain Grow Retain is an incredible resource and provides huge value to Customer Success leaders.  There's high engagement and a real depth of experience which is an excellent sounding board for ideas and collecting feedback.

    This community is incredibly valuable, passionate, altruistic and an overall well-rounded resource for CS leaders.  It has become the first place I turn when I'm looking for ideas, advice, or general feedback on all things CS related.  The depth and breadth of experience is really unparalleled and I look forward to catching up on here over the course of the week.

     I joined this community because my manager thought it might be a good fit for me. I've stayed because one can see the commitment, passion, and openness that the attendees and moderators bring to these conversations.

    The initiative of Gain Grow Retain by Customer Imperative has secured a spot in my daily workflow. Without exception, each time I've accessed the platform I've found conversations full of value; this is not just a "good read." There have been practical insights of methods and resources that I've already gone on to implement with my team. Simply put, it's a must for those in our field.

    For me it's a great way to network, with or w/o COVID restrictions. I love the collaborative Give&Take where sometimes I learn, sometimes I mentor. Getting someone else's perspective is priceless and I see the current trends and challenges that we all feel.
