Can we add a Topic group for CS Operations?

Or is that already living under something else like Strategy and I haven't made the connection yet.  Either way, I would love to hear the community's thoughts and approaches to Customer Success Operations.

    I would also be interested in how smaller CS Orgs split the time/workload between Operations work & other CSM duties.  (For those companies that don't have specific CS Ops positions)

    CS Operations topic group would be very appreciated. I'm pioneering CS Operations within my company and having this thread as a resource would be amazing.
