Hiring for diversity

Hello wonderful community, how do you hire for diversity?
Beyond the obvious gender, skills and cultural differences do you have any process or technique that you use in the hiring process or the interviews that enable you to find and value diverse candidates?
My team is DiSC assessed and I want to explore this area by looking for example to hire individuals that fit in the group with less numerosity that I have in my team - so I can create more diversity. The issue in this case is that I cannot find any quick & free assessment to ask candidates to go through.
Do you have any other topic / area / tool that you use during the interviewing process to help for diversity hiring? Do you ASK for traits e.g. introvert and extrovert, do you run any test or any tool?
Thanks!

Hi @Marco Carrubba
I have attached a great article that shows the steps you can take to hire a more diverse team

When writing your job description, language is key. Think to yourself am I using neutral language or does it have a biased tone. This will help you attract a more diverse audience and applicants.
Hope this helps
