Hi everyone,

My CS team uses for some CS processes such as onboardings, ongoing client projects, support ticket tracking, and other internal processes. 

Do you use for Customer Success? If so, what for?

    I'm trying to learn more about managing customer success teams, I was thinking about Monday. Would it be possible to talk to you for 10min and understand how you use Monday?

    Sure thing Ratan, although I'm using it for more project management-oriented processes and thus was looking for more inspiration in case someone was doing other interesting stuff. Bute sure, let's set it up
