JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 


JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success manager that will be responsible for building strong customer relationships with executives, growing our business and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and supporting onboarding of new customers with consultations and best practices. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Darcy) am the Director of Customer Success at Higher Logic, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Customer Experience Organization at Higher Logic, which reports to @Jay NathanIt is an exciting time to be working at Higher Logic and I look forward to adding a few more great team members to the Orange Army!
