Customer Success Analyst | Atlanta | Stratix

JOB TITLE: Associate Customer Success Manager/Customer Success Analyst
LOCATION: Peachtree Corners, GA
JOB DESCRIPTION: Stratix thrives on the success of our customers, and we are looking for an energetic , growth-focused, and results-driven Customer Success Analysts (CSAs) to engage, retain, and enable Stratix's largest customers to fully utilize Stratix's Services to achieve their mobility business outcomes. As a CSA, you will support the day-to-day success of Stratix customers, Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Customer Experience Managers (CEMs). We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves, "anything to get the job done" problem solver who is looking to make an immediate impact and grow within our rapidly expanding company.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Richard) am the VP of Customer Experience at Stratix, so this position would be one of my team members. The CSM team fits within the Customer Experience Organization and the role reports to Jesse Quinones. It is an exciting time to be working at Stratix and I look forward to adding a few more great team members to the CSM team!
