JOB TITLE: Client Success Manager
LOCATION: Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION: Realync is seeking a Client Success Manager for our growing multifamily technology company. This position will be responsible for onboarding, supporting, managing and nurturing the engagement and retention of local, regional, and national enterprise clients. We are looking for a talented, driven, self-starter with industry experience and a history of success that is hungry for a new challenge and looking to have a lot of fun along the way.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Sarah) am the Director of Client Success and Training at Realync, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Client Success Team at Realync, which reports to @Rachel Yockey (she is truly the greatest leader).
