JOB TITLE: Customer Success Business Operations
LOCATION: Guadalajara, Mexico
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a member of the CS Business Operations team you're going to be integral in supporting the Aruba CS organization. We're looking to increase our team to help support more products and services. You'll be working closely to manage our CS Platform, Totango, and working with other tools we have to ensure the success of our digital outreaches and high touch CSM model.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the Head of CS Operations COE at Aruba Networks. This role will be reporting directly to me and we sit under the Global Serivces organization at Aruba.
