JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Austin, TX (preferable) - open to remote candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION: Partner with customers to drive adoption and make our customers super stars. CSMs typically have a portfolio of ~30 customers. Looking for those that are experienced CSMs.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Jen) am the VP of Customer Success and this role currently reports directly to me. We are growing our CS team and 2021 should be an exciting year! The CS team today consists of a group of CSMs and then another group of CS Ops folks who help run the ship.
