System Administrator - CS Operations

JOB TITLE: System Administrator
LOCATION: Framingham, MA or remote
JOB DESCRIPTION: A System Administrator to take ownership of our customer success-related tools such as ChurnZero and Zendesk. This includes daily management of the tools, fielding questions/inquiries from internal teams using the tool, identifying areas of process improvement and new feature adoption within the tools.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the manager of operations so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within Account Management organization which includes Client Sales and Customer Experience teams, but the tools used are primarily focused on the Customer Experience side of the business.
