JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Indianapolis or Remote
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Success Manager will be a trusted advisor and advocate for hundreds of customers. CSMs will engaged customers actively to derive maximum value from their investment while identifying new usage opportunities. The goal is to support our customers while collaborating with internal teams to ensure adoption and successful renewals.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: My name is Nithin Reddy, the Talent Acquisition Partner at Socio. This particular role will report to our Chief Customer Officer, Joe Watkins.
