JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: Toronto, Canada 

JOB DESCRIPTION: The role will own a portfolio of accounts and strategically engage with clients on topics ranging from problem resolution, solution guidance, technology planning, and future state cloud/digital strategies. Responsible for renewals, customer health, upsell/cross. The role will also help develop and enhance our processes, manage our VoC program, and support the implementation of a CS platform. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: The role will report to me (VP of Customer Success) and work with a cross-functional team, including the existing CS team, Service Delivery Managers,  Marketing, Partner team, Delivery and Sales.
