JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: Remote, ideally located in the MST or PST timezone.

JOB DESCRIPTION: This role's primary focus will be onboarding customers and ensuring they're getting value out of the product. You'll partner with sales, product, and engineering to deliver great customer experiences. You'll be one of the first hires on this team, which means there will be a lot of opportunities to help influence the direction of the team. You'll also be expected to help with customer support inquiries as a secondary focus. We're a small team and growing. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I'm the hiring manager, and I report to our CEO. I'm currently handling all customer success and support duties, and we have a lot of work to do. I'm looking forward to building this team!
