JOB TITLE: Sr. Customer Success Manager 

LOCATION: San Fransisco or Remote (West Coast) 

JOB DESCRIPTION: As part of the Pendo Success team, Customer Success Managers (CSMs) partner with customers to ensure they're receiving the support and tools needed to achieve their goals and derive business value. CSMs have an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs and seek to develop positive customer experiences, fostering relationships that support customer satisfaction and loyalty. At Pendo, Customer Success Managers are considered trusted advisors to our customers and product experts in Pendo's technology. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consultative mindset, experience working with key stakeholders, and strategic skills and knowledge. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Erica) am the Manager of Commercial Customer Success at Pendo, so this position would be one of my team members. Commercial CSMs manage 20-40 customers with about $2-4M in ARR in their book of business. It is an exciting time to be working at Pendo and I look forward to adding a few more great team members to the team!
