JOB TITLE:  Customer Success Manager

LOCATION:  Company headquarters are in Nashville, TN. Also open to remote US candidates from all states except: HI, NV, OR, VA, NH, ND, WA and WY. If fully remote, this position would be expected to be online to collaborate with the team from 9am-5pm central.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  This CSM will work mainly with our small to mid-sized clients to ensure they're getting maximum value from their investment in CaredFor. Through a mix of direct customer interaction and 1-to-many touchpoints, you'll work to understand your clients' business goals and challenges, drive product adoption within their organizations, and ultimately, convert them into CaredFor advocates. As our business scales and introduces new products, you'll also help build and test new customer education strategies and tools.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU:  I (Bethany) am the Director of Customer Experience, so you'd be part of my team!
