JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager (CSM)
LOCATION: Toronto, London, and Singapore
JOB DESCRIPTION: CSMs at Behavox are responsible for driving Adoption and Retention through strong relationship-building, account planning, and change management. CSMs also enable and support expansion opportunities at large enterprise accounts thanks to the hard work and ROI delivered to the customer.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Lindsey) am the Head of Customer Success for Americas, so new hires in Toronto will report to me, while hires in London/Singapore will report to my counterpart in London.
