JOB TITLE: Senior Enterprise Account Manager  (also hiring for non-senior enterprise account manager)

LOCATION: Remote 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our customers are central to our business and we are looking for a senior enterprise account superstar who will drive success and grow our strategic healthcare customers. This role includes responsibilities for customer success activities in our strategic and growth accounts such as relationship development, delivery of value/ROI and up-sell activities. The ideal candidate will serve as the "quarter-back" of our customers, executing on CS methodologies, bringing in team members to optimize partnerships, strategizing executive/stakeholder engagement and taking our customers to the next level of success. We prefer individuals with healthcare experience but can be flexible based on experience and willingness to learn. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Marcos) am the Associate Vice President of Account Management at TytoCare, so this position would be one of my team members. I started at TytoCare in account management, moved to new business sales and will now oversee account management. We are building out the department to support a passionate account team.
