JOB TITLE: Chief Customer Officer / Vice President of Customer Success

LOCATION: Washington DC 

JOB DESCRIPTION: A Chief Customer Officer/Vice President Customer Success will be responsible for helping Quorum increase its gross revenue retention rate while scaling revenue under management per CSM and increasing the number of expansion and upsell opportunities from our existing customers. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: This role will be reporting directly to Alex Wirth, Cofounder and CEO of Quorum. We are looking for someone to demonstrate value as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, specifically by acting as a model for setting high-level strategic direction and executing with precision.
