JOB TITLE: Senior Customer Success Manager 


JOB DESCRIPTION: The senior customer success managers is responsible for managing our largest and most complex accounts. This individual will own the relationship and be responsible for retention and expansion within their assigned portfolio. The Sr CSM should be comfortable supporting the full client lifecycle, including: customer onboarding, identifying and supporting desired outcomes, sharing best practices, assisting with project management and managing renewals and upsell opportunities

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Kayte) am the VP of Customer Success at boodleAI, and this position would be one of my direct reports. Currently, there are 3 other CSMs on the team, in addition to 1 Customer Support Team Member (another open opportunity!)
