I've recently joined Quantros as the Director of Customer Experience. We are a high-touch healthcare analytics company with A LOT of opportunities as we expand our clinical variation and population health product. I'm looking for my right-hand person to serve as a Customer Success Lead to help implement powerful processes, meaningful workflows, and own executive relationships & renewals. Position Overview
Quantros' Customer Success team is looking for an experienced Customer Success Lead to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We'll rely on you to establish a positive working relationship with C-suite level healthcare executives while finding ways to meet their needs, outperform our competition, and maintain our company's positive image. Your end goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers. The ideal candidate has 3-8 years in healthcare technology managing renewal quotas and building strong executive relationships.
