JOB TITLE: Senior Manager / Director of Customer Success 

LOCATION: Washington, DC or NYC 

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a talented, driven, entrepreneurial-minded leader to serve as the Senior Manager / Director of Customer Success. Customer Success is one of the most critical functions driving growth at Cortex. You will be responsible for designing and delivering an exceptional experience for each of our customers – ensuring they love our product, use it constantly, and create dramatic savings with it.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I am the Chief Customer Officer at Cortex, and this position reports directly to me. I'm looking for a thought partner who can further define and refine our engagement strategy and customer journey, while serving as a "player/coach" with direct responsibility for value delivery and retention/expansion of our portfolio of customers.
