Sr. Customer Success Role | Remote | Eko Health
JOB TITLE: Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: As an Enterprise CSM, you will be responsible for driving the relationship with some of our largest hospital and health system customers in the U.S. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with large hospitals, health systems, and IDNs, with a broad working knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and partner, navigating the customer on their journey from onboarding and clinical implementation through renewal and expansion. To succeed in this role, you must be able to expertly orchestrate across multiple stakeholders within a health system, map out a shared set of goals with the customer, and lead a cross-functional group in accomplishing them. JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: This role will report directly to me (Devin, Director of Customer Success). CS reports directly to Jason Bellet, Co-founder and Chief Customer Officer at Eko Health.
