JOB TITLE: Enterprise Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Remote (US)
JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success manager who will be responsible for working with some of our most strategic enterprise clients, helping us develop playbooks and new initiatives, and advising our customers on constantly-evolving best practices.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Yana) am the Head of Customer Success at Threekit and this position reports to me. We are a small (but growing!) team that reports to Kelly Wilson, VP of Customer Success. Threekit is the fourth company from the same executive team that built BigMachines, SteelBrick, and G2 (originally G2 Crowd).
