JOB TITLE:  Vice President Customer EMEA

LOCATION: Remote but please bear in mind that most stakeholders are in GMT or CET timezone

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Vice President - Customer Success you will be responsible for all Uberall customer success strategy and execution in EMEA and will enable maximum value and return for our customers and Uberall. Together with our colleagues from Support, the Customer Success Team represents Uberall to our customers and we take a lot of pride in delivering the best experience possible. You will be the perfect fit for this role, if you are - compassionate, commercial, strategic-minded and dedicated, combined with a deep understanding of how businesses work, balancing world class customer engagement with a revenue growth mindset. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Hotske) am the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and work directly with Tijs van Santen (Chief Customer Officer), since this position will report into Tijs. It is an exciting time to be working at Uberall since we are hitting double-digit-growth numbers for many years. We have just onboarded Tijs and I look forward to adding a few more great team members to Uberall!
