JOB TITLE: Customer Success Activation Manager
LOCATION: Central US
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Activation Manager develops regional enterprise customer success strategy and ensures attainment of existing customer success/revenue and margin growth for regional enterprise accounts which contribute to the company's bottom line. Provides in market leadership and expertise to accelerate the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. The Activation Manager establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned area and contributes to the training development for the customer success team.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Eric) am the Director of Customer Success Activation for the Central Region at Lumen, so this position would be one of my team members. We are part of the Program Management Organization, laying the blueprint for and support the Customer Success Organization at Lumen
