JOB TITLE: CS Strategy & Operations

LOCATION: SF or Austin 

JOB DESCRIPTION:As part of the Customer Success Strategy and Operations team, you'll be the thought and execution partner to Customer Success leaders, providing insight through hypothesis driven analysis, conducting quarterly and annual planning, defining success metrics and creating scalable reporting, and optimizing overall processes.

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Nikhil) am the cofounder of Hearth and lead CS, Revops and data. This role will report to me as we build out our new Strategy and Ops group. You will get to work closely with the VP of CS we are also currently hiring for and our great revops tech team
