JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market Accounts

LOCATION: Austin, TX or Central USA 

JOB DESCRIPTION: A customer success manager that will be responsible for building strong customer relationships with executives, growing our business and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and supporting onboarding of new customers with consultations and best practices. 

JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Erica) am the Manager of our Commercial Customer Success team at Pendo, so this position would be one of my team members. We fit within the Customer Success Organization at Pendo.
