JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (but may hire remotely for someone exceptional)
JOB DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Success Manager at LifeBell AI, you'll be responsible for the lifecycle of your assigned hospital clients, from onboarding through strategic management to retention. Internally, you'll work closely with our Director of Customer Success and executive leadership. Externally, you'll work closely with and be the primary point of contact for decision-makers at your client sites, large healthcare institutions. You'll join a tight-knit group that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability. Plus, we like to have fun along the way.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Renata) am the Director of Customer Success at LifeBell AI, so this position would be one of my team members. We are a startup, and although the Engineering & Data Science teams have grown considerably, the "business" side, which reports into our COO, is only now ramping up. We're looking for someone who can set the standard for future new hires!

The job opportunity sounds really interesting. I did notice that you may hire as a remote employee as well and was wondering if geographic constraints would be a challenge. I have 6+ years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management roles and have been working for North American region for my entire tenure.
