JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, B2B Customer Success
LOCATION: San Francisco CA, Richmond VA, Vienna VA
JOB DESCRIPTION: Seeking a leader able to build out a SaaS Customer Success function from the ground up.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: This leader will report directly to me and join my leadership team. I currently have 2 other Customer-Success-ish teams that report in to me.
