JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager II
LOCATION: Remote First/Charlotte, NC
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Success Manager is a highly strategic role that is responsible for engaging with our customers and acting as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers. In this role you will tasked with building strong partnerships, driving adoption of our products/solutions and ensuring our customers realize value from their investment. Customer Success Managers focus on retaining AvidXchange's buyer customers by ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. Customer success manager's are responsible for building strong customer relationships with executives, growing our business and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and supporting growth of existing relationships for optimal revenue retention.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Sara) am a Manager of Customer Success at AvidXchange, so this role will be within my team. Customer Success at AvidXchange rolls up to our Director of Success and Advocacy, Anna Alley, and sits within our Relationship Management function (professional services), lead by Heather Caudill.
