JOB TITLE: Customer Success Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Success Manager at Altrio you will work closely with the clients of our initial product, Origin, to facilitate the adoption of the platform. You will embed yourself within client teams to demonstrate a deep understanding of their business processes and goals that builds trust with our users. You will be an early member of our team, building innovative software and services. This means that the responsibilities of the role may change as we continue to evolve as a business; but you will play a key part in defining the role as we grow, and mentoring new team members that join as CSMs. Responsibilities listed in JD.
JOB RELATIONSHIP TO YOU: I (Jason) am the VP of Customer Success at Altrio, so this position would be my first team member. We're a small team and you will be working directly with myself, our head of sales, our director of research, our CEO and CTO.
